Why do you need the original photo file?
The artist needs the highest-quality source available. Original uploads should go to external object storage so the production team can work from the file the customer selected.
Can I upload one photo with multiple pets?
Yes. You can upload one photo with all pets, or one photo per pet. The portrait can include up to four pets.
Which sizes have delivery limits?
20 x 30 inch and 24 x 36 inch sizes are only available for delivery within the contiguous United States.
