Ordering & previews
How does ArtMyPet work?
It's three simple steps. Upload a photo of your pet on the product page, our artists craft your 3D zipper portrait and email you a digital preview, and once you approve it we print and ship. You never pay for a result you haven't seen and loved first.
Do I really see a preview before paying?
Yes. After you order, we email you a digital proof of your pet dropped into the zipper design. Nothing goes to print until you give the thumbs up — and you can ask for tweaks first.
Can I ask for changes to my preview?
Of course. If you'd like the background warmer, the crop adjusted, or the colors tuned, just reply to the preview email. We'll send a revised version, usually the same or next day.
Can I put more than one pet on a shirt?
Yes — choose the multi-pet option on the product page and upload a photo of each pet. It's a favorite for multi-cat and multi-dog households.
Can I order in bulk or for a group?
We'd love to help with group gifts, team orders, or rescue fundraisers. Reach out through our contact page and we'll sort out pricing and timing.
Photos
What kind of photo works best?
One clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of your pet's face. Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid heavy shadows, blur, and strong filters. You don't need to edit or remove the background — we handle that.
Can I use an old or lower-quality photo?
Often, yes. Our artists can work wonders with cherished older photos. If a picture won't produce a great result, we'll email you and help you pick a better one before printing.
What if my pet is mostly black or very fluffy?
No problem — this is exactly where hand-finishing matters. We carefully bring out facial detail so dark or extra-fluffy pets don't turn into a shapeless blob in the print.
Shipping & turnaround
How long until my order arrives?
You'll get your digital preview within 1–2 business days. After you approve it, printing takes 2–4 business days and shipping a further 3–5 (standard). Most orders arrive within 7–11 business days of ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times to remote regions may vary, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Haven't seen it after 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then reach out and we'll help.
Product & care
What are the shirts made of?
Premium, pre-shrunk cotton blends with a soft, relaxed unisex fit. We offer tees, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and cozy hoodies.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, and tumble dry low. We use fade-resistant, eco-friendly inks, so with normal care the artwork stays crisp wash after wash.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart in the product gallery before approving your preview. The fit is relaxed and unisex — when you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a cozier feel.
Will the print feel stiff or crack?
No. Our printing sits soft against the fabric rather than as a thick plastic layer, and it's made to flex and last through regular wear and washing.
Returns & support
What's your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made with your pet, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once production begins. Please double-check your size and approve your preview carefully.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives flawed, damaged, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll redo it for free — just email a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Can I change my order or address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update the size or address. Once a package is in transit we can't reroute it.
How do I reach a real person?
Head to our contact page and send us a message. A real human on our team usually replies within one business day.
