Everything you need to know about how your custom pet portrait is made, when it arrives, and our free-redo guarantee.
How your order is made
Every ArtMyPet piece is custom-made just for you. After you upload your pet's photo, our artists hand-craft the 3D zipper portrait and email you a digital preview to approve before anything is printed. Nothing goes to print until you love it.
Turnaround time
- Preview: You'll receive your digital proof within 1–2 business days of ordering.
- Production: Once you approve the preview, printing takes 2–4 business days.
- Shipping: Delivery takes a further 3–5 business days (standard) once it leaves our studio.
Most orders arrive within 7–11 business days from the day you order. We'll email tracking as soon as it ships.
Shipping rates & destinations
- Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
- We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times to remote regions may vary slightly.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view status from your account page. Haven't seen a tracking email after 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then reach out and we'll help.
Returns & our free-redo promise
Because every item is custom-printed with your pet, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once production begins.
But we stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a print flaw, a damaged item, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll redo it for free — no need to ship anything back. Just email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Wrong size or address?
Sizing is final once printed, so please double-check the size chart before approving your preview. If you spot a wrong shipping address before your order ships, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it. We can't reroute a package once it's in transit.
