Made to order, with a clear rescue plan.
Please review sizing before production. When manufacturing or delivery fails, we fix the order.
Production and cancellation
Each garment is made to order. Changes and cancellations are not accepted after production begins.
Misprints, damage, or wrong items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or refund for a confirmed production issue. A return is not required.
Carrier-confirmed loss or return
When the address was correct and the carrier confirms loss or return, we will replace the order once at no charge. If replacement is not possible, we will refund it.
Marked delivered but missing
Wait three business days and complete a carrier, household, and neighbor check. If the package remains missing, one goodwill replacement may be offered. The same order is not replaced repeatedly.
Incorrect customer address
If the address supplied at checkout was incorrect, the customer is responsible for replacement production and shipping costs.
Fit Rescue
Made-to-order garments are not returned for ordinary sizing issues. Within 14 days of delivery, contact us for a one-time reorder of the same design in another size at approximately 40% off.
