Can you work from my pet’s photo?

Yes. Choose a clear photo of your dog or cat. You will review the custom design before production.

Can I include more than one pet?

Choose a multi-pet bracelet for two or three pets. Upload one photo per pet; cats and dogs can be combined.

What is the jewelry made from?

925 sterling silver, with silver, gold-plated or rose-gold-plated finishes. Choose color enamel or a metal silhouette without color fill.

What sizes are available?

Necklaces: 17.7 inches with a 2-inch extender (45 + 5 cm). Bracelets: 6.3 inches with a 1.6-inch extender (16 + 4 cm total finished length, including pet connectors and clasp).

How long does it take?

First design within 24 hours of receiving usable photos; production takes 24 hours after your final approval. Standard shipping is free worldwide. US delivery takes an estimated 7–12 days after dispatch, or choose $9.90 US express shipping for an estimated 4–7 days. Delivery times to other destinations vary. Revision and approval time is additional.
