Shipping & timing

We currently ship our personalized jewelry to the United States only. Prices are in US dollars.

Free US shipping · Estimated 7–12 days after dispatch.

Express shipping: $9.90 · Estimated 4–7 days after dispatch. Choose at checkout.

Your first design is prepared within 24 hours of receiving usable photos. Production takes 24 hours after your final design approval. Photo clarification and revision time are additional. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Design approval is required before production. Please check your email for your proof and reply with your approval or requested changes. The delivery window starts when your order is dispatched, not when you place your order.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Two free design revisions are included before production. We prepare your design from the photo you upload and send it to you for approval. Production begins only after you approve the design.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or differs materially from the design you approved, you may choose a replacement or a refund. Email us your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it.

Each piece is personalized. Change-of-mind returns and changes to an approved design after production are not covered by this quality promise. This does not affect any rights that apply to your purchase.

artmypet turns those familiar moments into personalized sterling silver jewelry. You choose the photo, review the design, and keep a little piece of your companion close.

Our jewelry uses 925 sterling silver, with silver, gold-plated and rose-gold-plated finishes. Choose color enamel or a metal silhouette without color fill.

Order terms

Your order covers the selected jewelry, a custom design based on your photo, and two design revisions before production. Please upload a clear photograph you have permission to use and provide an email address where you can receive your design proof.

Please check the pose, markings, spelling in your notes, finish and style before approving the design. Production begins after approval. Example images illustrate designs; selecting a different finish or style does not change the example gallery.

Shipping options and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Shipping estimates exclude design, production and the time needed for clarification, revisions or your approval.
