Personalized jewelry: design approval

Your order includes two free design revisions before production. We send your custom design for approval and begin production only after you approve it.

Remake or refund — your choice

If your jewelry arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or differs materially from your approved design, you may choose a replacement or a refund. Email annabeljenkins60@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it.

Because each piece is personalized, change-of-mind returns and changes to an approved design after production are not covered by this quality promise. This does not affect any rights that apply to your purchase.
