Ordering from artmypet

artmypet offers personalized pet jewelry. Product options, prices and applicable shipping choices are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Your photo and design

Please upload a clear photograph you have permission to use and provide an email address where you can receive your design proof. Jewelry orders include a custom design and two free revisions before production. Check the pose, markings, finish, style and any instructions before approving the design. Production begins after approval.

Gallery images illustrate example designs. Finish and style selections do not change the example gallery. Your piece is personalized from your photo.

Delivery and order issues

See our Shipping Policy for design, production and transit estimates, and our Refund Policy for our quality promise. Transit estimates exclude design, production, revisions and approval time.
